Don't be so hard on yourself. I'm a bedside hospital nurse and people don't want to see or hear the realities of how hard and ugly it can be to be sick either. Funny to see Lizzy pregnant for the first time. The young (dogs and people) learn from the older, but it's more playful. And 🐑 are equally beautiful as the dogs. Interesting to see the market. I think I it was 1986 the last time I was watching the market in the city where I was in school. The market was on my way to school.

That must have been a very difficult decision to bring harm to another animal when you're in the business of taking care of animals, but I really don't see that you had any other choice. Also, lambs aside, this could have had devastating consequences for your wife what with her being heavily pregnant. Where I live any kind of trespassing on private land is just that, trespassing, and you're entitled to call the police and press charges. The thought of having a path for public use through private property where there are animals present is absolutely ludicrous to me.
